WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?
WILL I HAVE TO PAY INTERNATIONAL TAXES & DUTIES?
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. The general amount for the duties and taxes fee is about 20% of the dollar amount of the merchandise. Bouvier cannot control and is not responsible for any duties/taxes applied to your package. You will be responsible for paying additional charges for customs clearance. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; please contact your local customs office for further information. Note, in rare occasions custom agents may delay delivery of some packages.
For Duties Delivered Paid (DDP) Orders: Duties and taxes may be included in the price depending on ship to country. If not included in the price, they will be shown at checkout.For Duties Delivered Unpaid (DDU) Orders: As the customer, you are liable for all import duties, customs and taxes levied. Payment of these is required to release your order from customs on arrival.

MY ORDER STATUS SAYS "UNFULFILLED". WHAT DOES THAT MEAN?
"Unfulfilled" just means that we successfully received your order! Once your order is shipped, you'll receive a tracking number and your order status will change to "Fulfilled."
If your order was unexpectedly canceled, chances are that our fraud filter marked your order as fraudulent. If you are certain that that is not true, please order again with a Paypal account. If you do not have Paypal, you can easily sign up at www.Paypal.com

Bouviers Gold diamonds are a much thicker layer of Gold which gives our pieces their long lasting color, shine, and durability. Major brands in our industry markup their products 8-10x the actual cost. We do things differently. To make luxury accessible, we've built relationships with the best manufacturers across the world and sell directly to you. Our jewelry is handcrafted with the same top materials and quality craftsmanship as other luxury jewelry brands but without the traditional markups.
WHERE IS BOUVIER'S JEWELRY PRODUCED?
Our jewelry is designed and produced in Italy with obsessive attention to detail and state of the art precision by some of the best jewelry manufacturers in the world.
We use real Italian 925 Sterling Silver. 925 Sterling Silver is an alloy made of 92.5% pure Silver and 7.5% Copper. We plate our Silver jewelry in Rhodium, which gives it extra shine and durability. Rhodium is one of the most expensive precious metals due to its rarity.
At Bouvier, we only work with the most enduring and premium quality materials including Solid 18K Gold. Our Solid 18K Gold jewelry is imported from Italy because of the higher quality gold and alloys, which gives our pieces their long lasting shine and durability. It is also active lifestyle's best friend, as it scratches less, and does not wear out or bend as easily as 18K Gold. At Bouvier our Gold-Bonded chains are pure 950 Palladium coated 3x in the same real 18K Gold as our Solid 18K Gold jewelry which gives our gold-bonded pieces their long lasting shine, and durability. They are imported from Italy and crafted to withstand the test of time against fading and tarnishing. The thickness of our gold is second to none and 3-5x the normal amount of gold found in plating. Other products materials besides our chains that are Gold-Bonded are chosen specifically per product based on durability and quality of wear. Precious metals are not fans of water or chemicals. Avoid water when wearing your chain. Before exercising or showering, remove your Bouvier chain. Clean your piece by buffing gently with a dry cloth and store it in your suede pouch. Please avoid all contact with water, as water damage is not covered under warranty. Our chains should not be taken swimming or bathing. They will not fade instantly, but you will lose the long lasting shine and durability.

Bovueir has a limited warranty that covers manufacturer's defects for 90 days after the original purchase date from an authorized dealer. Basically, if the chain links or clasps don't work properly, and it's our fault, we will repair or replace your product for free. However, this does not cover any abuse you might put your chain through on your own. The warranty does not cover water damage, normal wear and tear, scratches, accidental damage, clasp damage, or lost/stolen items. Proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims and service requests, so please keep your receipt. If you've purchased from our site, the order number will suffice.
