Refund Policy
Returns
- Exchanges and Refunds will be accepted within 30 days of the purchase date.
- Returned products must be unworn and in sellable condition. Damaged, worn, or modified products (scratches, personalization, etc.) can not be returned.
- Shipping will only be refunded in the case of defective products.
- If package protection is not added to the order, packages lost, stolen, or damaged in transit can not be replaced or refunded.
- Shipping claims must be made within 30 days of the last tracking update. We are not responsible for any missed deadlines regarding shipping claims.

Lifetime Warranty
All products come with a lifetime warranty that covers manufacturer defects.
Please note the lifetime warranty does not cover accidental damage, normal wear and tear, or tarnishing. Missing stones will be covered for one year after the purchase date. All claims are subject to inspection upon arrival and will not be accepted if no manufacturer defects are found. We are not able to issue warranty replacements for discontinued items that are no longer in stock.
To submit a lifetime warranty replacement claim please send us a message with the following:
- The original order number or email used to make the purchase
- Clear images that show the defect
- A description of the issue and any additional information to help us assist you
An approved lifetime warranty provides a like-for-like replacement upon the return of the defective piece with no exceptions.
